Mixing pain relievers during period...??

ok so an hour ago i took 2 midols for my crampa..they intensified them and i felt like i was going to die so a little bit ago i also took 1 aleve. My cramps have pretty much subsided but my period causes me to get constipated so my (sorry kinda gross) butt and tailbone area hurt like hell. Is it ok if I take 1 tylenol??

I know generally it is not good to mix things but has anyone done it, and if it do it could i die or something?

Tylenol & Midol consist of the base acetametaphine and an overdose of these drugs too much acetametaphine can damage your liver, the best way to mix your medicines would be with an acetametaphine based medicine(it will say it on active ingredients) and a ibuprofen because ibuprofen is simply that and does not contain acetametaphine, hope i could help

Girl, don't take to much pills....U know what, you should buy "Cura-Heat Air-Activated Therapeutic Heat Packs " at walgreens...When i woke up at 3 am with cramps i took 2 midols , then i put that heat pack and that help me a lot. usually the cramps are caused by the cold that absolve the ovaries so that heat pack help you a lot. I wasn't used to take pills,instead i used to go to the doctor and get an injection of a sedative compound.
