Out of all the pain relievers for sale (Motrin, Advil, etc..) which one works best for you?

Advil! And now they have Advil PM, great for when you have aches and pains and need to sleep!

they work in diferent ways motrin is anti inflammatory or an ansaid really which isnt gr8 but for arthritis is ok tylenol works fro dif reasons theres headache pressure pills and anitflammatorys for each use a dif need!excedrin for headaches and coffee.. dristan for sinus and percogesics gr8! Report It

Aleve.

B.C. powder

Motrin---it depends on what kind of pain you have though--motrin is good for cramps/healdache or back ache, except stomach ache, i like pepto or maalox for that. I also use Excedrin for a headache. I hate Tylenol...that doesnt work at all on me.---aleve is pretty good too though.

Because there are differences between people as well as their preferences, the answers are really meaningless. What may be great for me, may cause ulcers in someone else. Take aspirin: It's a great pain reliever. However, there are people that's allergic to it. So, what's good for one, may not be good for someone else.

For aches, pains, and inflammation I use a store brand of ibuprofen. For headaches I use the store brand version of Excedrin. For fever, store brand of Tylenol. I rarely buy a name-brand pain reliever. Store brands have the same ingredients, cost much less, and work just as well.
