Is there any great pain relievers fro Chrohns disease?

Most Crohnies can't tollerate most codine Pain killers,
I take tramadol for my pain and It works well for me ,I get a bit light headed,I wouldn't drive my car while on them tho, but it does takes the pain away :) for me anyway.
