How many pills (including vitamins and OTC medications and pain relievers) do you take in a given day?

I take 8 prescription pills per day. More if I have a headache or something.

You shouldn't exceed 6 pain killer tablets, 6 multivitamin accroding to the regularly known doses for adults .. other OTC may include food suplements or relaxing facotrs .. one of each is enough .. don;t exceed thatg by anymeans please ..

I take one multivitamin per day. I may take a PM pain/sleep medication if the day has been particularly stressful, maybe once a month. I haven't been to a doctor in years, and the last time one tried to prescribe pain meds ( sprained ankle ) I threws the slip in the trash.
