My wrist has been hurting for a while!! Ive tried Icy hot and other pain relievers! is there something else?

Can anyone help? It kind of feels like the bone is pinching my nerve and it only hurts when I turn it to the right! is there anything I can do?? Im a softball pitcher!

See a doctor.

A guy notices his friend is blinking and looking around a lot, so he asks him what's the matter.

His friend replies "I've been seeing spots all day long".

The guy asks "Have you seen a doctor?"

The friend responds "No, just spots".

It sounds like carpal tunnel maybe. You might have to get prescription pain relievers.

A massage where is the pain will help a lot...

Stop masterbating. Should be better in a couple of week.

Go to Webmd.com and it will tell you exactly what to do

Sounds like Carpal tunnel syndrome. Get checked at the doctor's office. Carpal happens with overuse and constant same motion over and over and over and over again.
Carpal is stress on the tendon.

I see! Try doing this! Dont play softball for a while. Get your mom to warm the water and put a nice warm towel at your wrist every night for at least a week. It should get better by then. Good LUck!

...it only hurts when I turn it to the right

Don't turn it to the right!!

WTF HAVE YOU BEEN DONI WIT YO HAND MAN!?
LOL!!!

i would go to the doctor just in case it's a sprain or a fracture. even if it isn't, they can help you get it better quick. if for some reason going to the doctor isn't an option go to webmd.com and use the syptom checker. It's pretty cool and credible

You could have displaced a Nerve.... go ask your doctor for help.

physical therapy

You may have carpal tunnel syndrome. Check out this link. I hope it helps

try Ibuprofen or try seeing a surgeon
