What is the best way to relieve a stiff neck without taking pain relievers? |
i know someone who suffered from it for days and still having it. A combination of Fallon and Horb's answers should do the trick! But get them done by professionals. hummm. Maybe a Massage? Thermacare heat wraps do wonders for me. Gentile stretching, laying in hot bath all the way down, bengay or even the cheaper drug store brand before bed helps me rest. |
