diuretic - coconut water
pain reliever, and natural Agression reliever - chocolate
no kidding. btw marijuana also is natural and very effective - but the cost is quite high and not recommeneded
not everything natural is optimal

I would have to say s a diuretic you could use flax seed, for pain I have no clue, sorry maybe for agression try meletonin. Both of these items can be bought in the health food section of your local store. I wish you the best.

Caffeine acts as a diuretic and can relieve headaches. For aggression you could try St. John's Wort. You might want to consider seeing and acupuncturist. They usually have all sorts of natural, strange Eastern concoctions for every ailment.

Agression-natural oils like Clery Sage, lavender are soothers.
Kava will also help calm.
Arnica is a good pain reliever, externally though.

water-natural diuretic.
water-in pain management
water -keep you cool
hydrotherepy works.

I am an alternative medicinal therapist and an ex nurse and if you take any of the answers I have just read you will end up worse off than you are now. Herbal medicine does not just treat the aliment it treat's the whole body and everyone is treated differently according to his/her needs. So I would need more information before advising. If you want to chat about it e mail me with your e mail address.
