I'm a 50 year woman who is a beer drinker,my question is what over the counter pain reliever is safe?

all the pain relievers say do not take if you drink over three alcohol drinks a day ,please help

Over 50, I would say just aspirin.

To be on the safeside ask your doctor.

The safest would be tylenol, but if there is a warning on it, be careful.
