Chest Pain Loast and in bad Pain?

Hi Stephen here I been having chest pain ever since last thursday night. I was Admitted on Friday for chest pain and High Blood Pressure. They did several ekg's on me while I was at the hospital and they came back perfect with no problems. Also all my blood work came back perfect as well including my chest Xray. They drew blood on me every few hours and said it was fine no problems. So I went home 2 days later on sunday morning. I also had a Radiation Stress test done 2 days ago and my doctor told me it was perfect. Also they took special pictures of how boold flows to my heart before and after the radiation stress test and it came back good my doctor tells me. I still have chest pain in my chest why? My doctor tells me it could be a Hitial Herna. My blood pressure is great today is was 124/69 to be exact. Ever Since I left the hospital my blood pressure has been good. What is causing my chest pain is it a Hitital Herna Like my doctor tells me or what I am lost and in bad pain thanks..

Yes your pain could very well be due to a hiatal hernia. This is a condition in which the stomach protrudes up into the esophagus. It can be quite painful. But it can be repaired. Best of luck to you. get better soon :) Honestly, I would trust your doctor. It appears as though he's done all the correct tests.

if you have been lifting anything heavy you could also pulled a muscle in your chest. I am glad your tests came back fine. just keep an eye on your blood pressure and keep your doctor updated with any new symptoms

Try taking a liquid antacid and see if the pain goes away temporarily. If it does, that would indicate that you may have GERD (gastro-esophogeal reflux disease), and there are a lot of good medicines (called proton pump inhibitors) for treating this that have essentially no side effects.

You could be having a panic attack,or gall bladder atack,or hiatal hernia. Why don't you believe your Dr.?Get another Dr. or keep on him.GOOD LUCK.

Eat less animal fat, like cheese, eggs & meat.
Don't eat before bed.
