Slight chest pain - right hand side? it could be gastrointestinal or it could be gall bladder although GB is very very painful ( I just had the surgery) try some mylanta or tums and see if that helps. If the pain doesn't subside or gets worse, get to your doc. GB is much more severe and can affect your liver but gastro is just bothersome.. Poke around a bit just under your ribs. If the pain intensifies you may have or have begun a stomach ulcer. That goes with the burping. You could possibly be experiencing gastric reflux or simple indigestion. If the pain comes in relation to your eating fatty or spicy foods, it could be your gallbladder. Try some over the counter heartburn relief products and see if they help.
