Chest pain ?

(using my girlfriend's account) Im not a girl as the picture reflects.

I'm 20 years old, never had a problem, no allergies, no known problems, healthy guy, skinny, never visited a hospital in my life. etc etc
I have this pain in my chest (located right in the middle of my chest) since yesterday night around 1:30 AM in the morning. Worries me because if I deep breath the pain is worse, Well not even a deep breath its likea half deep breath and I feel it already. If I bend over the pain increases and theres a very weird feeling going on when I do which I cannot explain. Its just a weird sensation.

I know I felt this before, but it was a fast pain and it went away, I went to bed yesterday hoping when I wake up it'll be gone but it isn't. I'm worry.

I want to know whats happening in my chest, I want to know or prevent anything that would cause any problem in my health as sooon as possible. If this is a bad thing or a will give me any problem.. I want to work it out fast. Thank you

You say that the pain gets worse as you breath in, and when you bend over. This leads me to think that it's probably just a muscular pain. You might have somehow injured a muscle in your chest by turning round fast or by any number of things really. Don't panic and just try to breath normally and maybe do some gentle exercises. The more you panic, the worse it will probably get.

chest pain is the first sign of a heart atack! get to the docs quick!

do you play rugby or anthing like that?

you need to go see your personal doctor for this it could be something more serious than you know

I think you just pulled a muscle. I would suggest going to see a doctor if it worries you that much. But to me, its sounds like pulling of a muscle. It happens to me all the time, and if hurts when it does. Good luck and feel better/

if you dont see a doctor it will worry you to the point you will be sick anyway

You may have pulled the muscle in your chest while doing a fast arm movement, deep breathing would hurt it because you're putting pressure on it.
Buy some deep heat gel and rest it and if it get's worse or stays for a long time then visit you're doctor for clarification.

GET YOUR *** TO THE ER NOW!

you need checked for MVP (mitral valve prolapse) you are exactly the age when most people with it get diagnosed and you are showing symptoms of it...here is a site that you can read to find out more..... http://www.heartinfo.org/ms/guides/20/ma...
(and if it's just a pulled muscle or something- they can find it why you are there)

First of all, don't panic. Chest pains can be caused by a lot of different things. If it hurts worse when you raise your arms, or move your shoulders in and out, it is muscular.

It could also be a swelling in the lining of your lungs. I had that once after a long battle with the flu.. basicaly the lining of my lungs swelled up and made my chest hurt when I breathed. I got some anti-inflammatories and was fine.

If you are worried, or if you disagree that it is muscular, please go see your doctor. At least they can start to diagnose what is going on.

when you read this, Get to the Emergency Room ASAP

i would seriously recommend making a visit to the doctor (go to the ER if you have to). chest pain is often a sign of an MI (myocardial infarction). if this pain is accompanied by shortness of breath, chances are it may be a very serious problem! out in the field any patient with chest pain is a code 3 (lights and sirens), and gets an EKG on the way to the hospital, and possibly nitroglycerin and several other cardiac drugs. the longer you wait the more serious this problem may get! don't take chest pain lightly!! better be safe than sorry!
