Chest pain? help?

I'm 17 years old.
I've had a pain in my chest and left arm for the past hour or so. Obviously I know it's not a heart attack seeing as I'm so young, but I did have my mitral valve repaired when I was 7.
I just took some Advil about 20 minutes ago, and the pain is beginning to go away. I am just scared because the pain got pretty bad at one point -- it radiated into my left arm and I'm short of breath (I still am); I have weakness in my hands, as well (but it's not so bad so that I can't make a fist or anything like that.) I should probably add that one of my left ribs is misaligned, and I've read that that could cause breathing trouble. I've also had this chest pain/left arm pain before, but this time feels different; it was a little more severe.
Do you think this is anxiety or heartburn or something like that? or should I be worried? any help would be appreciated!

You are facing Acute anxiety +GERD, OK now report to an ER.
In future avoid risk factors as you had undergone medical treatment.

Go to the ER. Only a doctor can tell you what is going on after checking on you, and if it is serious, you need to see one asap.

First and for most you should be consulting a DR. or at least call and explain your situation . At that point they will tell you what do , or you can always go into an "EMERGENCY " room and have it checked . But depending on Insurance , you have to make sure that it actually is a situation that will be paid .
T\I've heard it said that you could take Aspirin too , but its best to consult a DR. no matter how you look at it .
Time can be of great Essenes .

Better to be safe than sorry. Go to a professional for advice, not here.

It is probably a cardiovascular problem. Every single sign and symptom you listed is that of a heart attack. Best bet would be to call for an ambulance next time you feel that way. If I had to guess, my guess would be that you just had a heart attack, but this is the internet, I can't really say for sure. Talk to a doctor in person for advice.

you should have it checked out but based on your age, it doesn't sound like it's a heart attack

if it reoccurs, you should call 911

Go To The ER!

You have your mitral valve repaired so you must go to ER for an ECG just to be sure nothing is wrong with your heart. Then you can be cool!

Eat less animal fat such as cheese, eggs and meat.
