Heart and chest pain?

Lately i've been having some weird chest/heart pain. I've had chest/heart pain ever sense I was about 11 yrs old so I don't think it's a big deal but my DH is worried. Sometimes it feels like a funky panic attack while others it feels like an artery problem that conects to my heart.
It ranges from a sharp chest pain (left) to almost a guseling feeling starting from my artery and pounding its way out to the top of my chest. Neither last long and the guseling feeling is followed by a almost weak out of breath, tense feeling. Sometimes I also get a mild ache in my chest.
I'm guessing it's stressed related although the guseling feeling makes me wonder.
In any case I'm 25 realatively healthy and within my average weight for my height and all of that...maybe 5 lbs over sense the holidays. I go to the gym (except these last 3 months, both my kids have been sick) and work out regularly. Any idea's on what could be wrong? I'm planning a doc. apt. on Monday morning just to be safe.

As far as family history my grandma had a stroke which left her with deminshia and my mom had stroke in her 30's but looked and seemed more like a massive mental breakdown.
I've suffered massive panic attacks and many small mental breakdowns during highschool too. Not sure if this is helpful info, but you never know. But other then that alls good. Not under any massive stress in my life that I know of either. Hope this was helpful.

Chest pains and shortness of breath could be signs of something serious.

when i had my attack it was like something heavy was sitting on my chest it really hurt, and I couldn't breath I went to the ER
and they preformed heart surgery, Ive got heart disease.
there are two stints in my chest and I have to take plavix for the rest of my days, you really need to check this out kiddo
