Nipple rash... eczema or Paget's Disease?

I have had the itchy, red, scaling, rash on my nipple and around my areola for about 4 years now. This last breakout has lasted for approximately 4 months STRAIGHT. My bra sticks to my nipple and when I take it off, it peels off the top layer of skin from the oozing getting stuck to it. It is MISERABLE but only on the areola and nipple. Could this be pagets disease?
