PTSD & School?

I think I have PTSD(Post traumatic stress disorder) And I'm finding it very hard to focus in school. I'm thinking about homeschooling...should I? And what steps can be taken to heal the effects of PTSD?

PTSD is very difficult to deal with. You should seek counseling to help you heal and defiantly journal!! Anti-depressants can help as well as some sleep aids if sleep is an issue I know it is for me.

You need counceling in order to find out if you have it..maybe medication. My coucelor has helped me alot with my PTSD Report It

you need to heal the underlying issue....with some therapy and perhaps meds.... they have meds that can help with concentration.....or anxiety.......

good luck to ya hun!
