can i a bs firing and the downward spiral resulting be ptsd and is there help

Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome

hey i also have ptsd. it is very common after experiencing a traumatic event. but the only way you will over come it is by getting help. go to your local docter and ask about local counselling services

(English full words would help in understanding your question.)
PTSD I understand. The question I do not understand.

Can you reword your question? I can't understand it - sorry! I think Hope meant all the words!
Edit
I think you are asking, and I may be wrong, can a boss firing you and the down ward spiral that resulted, presumable depression, have caused Post Traumatic Stress Disorder? Is that what you mean? I think if that is your question and I'll answer as if it is for now, then I would think that you would have to see a doctor to establish which you were suffering from if not both perhaps. I think that both of these condition can be treated, so yes there is help. If you feel you have PTSD then you should see a doctor as soon as possible.
