OCD or PTSD? What do you think? |
If someone had a child in the family murdered and it was never solved, if they spend hours a day recounting details (that the police might have missed), or remembering arriving at the scene, or analyzing every part of the confession that got thrown out on a technicality, etc. I think it would be more PTSD since it was something traumatic that happened and you are reliving it.OCD is more ritualized events that one does so something "bad" doesn't happen. But I'm not sure that the event your describing is PTSD... |
