Pms??????????????? |
i dont know if other girls have the same problems but when i get my period i can't move, i throw up, i have these painful stomach pains, diarrhea, i cant eat, and sometimes medication makes it worse, i cant do my regular activities and sometimes i cant even go to work because i get these embarrassing spots on my clothes and i always have to lay down, moving around makes me more sick. could it be a possibility that i have pms and what can i do to make things better, and if medication makes my pain worse could this mean that medication may have cause me to have stomach bleeding? desperate for answer thanks in advance! and could this be a sign of cervical cancer? You need to talk to a gynacologist... i read its a lack of vitamin d, magnesium and calcium. This does not sound like PMS. PMS is pre menstrual syndrome. This is happening at the time of your period. You could have endometriosis. There may be other reasons for you feeling so unwell also. The best thing for you is to make an appointment to a women's health clinic or to see a gynaecologist. This needs to be tended to. You will be feeling a lot better when this is resolved. Birth control should help to drastically minimize these symptoms. |

Take a look at what you are eating and make sure you are eating balanced meals and taking a vitamin. Your body could just be trying to tell you it needs something... yes ...What you gain during your period is water weight, you're gonna bloat regardless of your weight ...well, because of my birth control, my period only lasts 3 days, and i dont really have any symptoms of pms until a couple days before. which is because i know its coming, so i get really irritable.... the coil takes a while to kick in after 6 mths my period got lighter and by 1 year they were gone.i've had mine for 3 yrs now and very rarley get pms i do get a bit more bloated than before Since you did mention breathing exercises, why not try just lying down and inhaling and exhaling slowly. Just try to focus on your breathing and shut out any other thoughts, and hopefully you'... |
