when u get pms is is normal to feel realy tired and feel like u have no energy Yes this is completely normal. yes it is .... and you can take medicine for that like ..... midol or something that takes away your pains!!! I think most females feel like that It's normal for me and has been for 36 years..... better some months than others but that goes for all the symptoms... Once upon a time I could take b.c. pills and that helped a LOT! ahhh..the wonders of the human body! its very possible that pms can cause tiredness. but remember, if you sleep too much, that can make you even more tired. Yes it is! You have to slow down the activity during the weeks you PMS whatever activity you have to do have lots of caffeine, grin and bear it. Make sure you put on a happy face so that people won't stray away because of your "tude" same here girlfriend It's got to be very frustrating. I found some info that may help. Oh that is more than normal. Your body is wriping itself appart on the inside, and that takes a lot of energy. Because of that alone, you will get tired. And a lot of times the pain from pms can cause you to feel drained of energy. See this site to better understand it and see what you can do about it. |

yes ...What you gain during your period is water weight, you're gonna bloat regardless of your weight ...well, because of my birth control, my period only lasts 3 days, and i dont really have any symptoms of pms until a couple days before. which is because i know its coming, so i get really irritable.... the coil takes a while to kick in after 6 mths my period got lighter and by 1 year they were gone.i've had mine for 3 yrs now and very rarley get pms i do get a bit more bloated than before Since you did mention breathing exercises, why not try just lying down and inhaling and exhaling slowly. Just try to focus on your breathing and shut out any other thoughts, and hopefully you'... yep, been there too. my pms symptoms were HORRENDOUS before i stared Depo. hehehe then my mood was crap allllll of the time. at least the pms symptoms (mostly) went away... I finally got to the ... Excuse me to the person above me...but it is considered a disease or a syndrome. If you find a site that says otherwise I would appreciate you letting me..or him know. See for yourself. Just cause ... hi - Guess what? You are not alone. There are heaps of us out here just like you. It is really important that you go to your doctor and let your GP know what is happening. This is not a new cond... |
