PMS and the marina coil? |
i suffer with trible pms .so the doc sujested a pop pill called cerazette wich would stop me overlating ,so no more pms ,but 2mths in to this pill i started with very bad water retention ,mouth alsers ,so the doctor took me of them. im now trying a marina coil but 3weeks in and my water retention is still as bad my pms is still bad ,but ive started takeing evening of primrose and b6 and st jones wart (if you shake me i rattel lol) will this water retention stop once ive had this coil in about 6mnths or am i just not takeing to the hormones well please help some one . the coil takes a while to kick in after 6 mths my period got lighter and by 1 year they were gone.i've had mine for 3 yrs now and very rarley get pms i do get a bit more bloated than before It will take a few more months to really settle down. Why not go back to your doctor and ask for some tablets to help get rid of the excess fluid. i had that coil for a year ( out now due to ttc) pms did get better hope it sorts it self out soon for you =) see the doctor |

Since you did mention breathing exercises, why not try just lying down and inhaling and exhaling slowly. Just try to focus on your breathing and shut out any other thoughts, and hopefully you'... yep, been there too. my pms symptoms were HORRENDOUS before i stared Depo. hehehe then my mood was crap allllll of the time. at least the pms symptoms (mostly) went away... I finally got to the ... Excuse me to the person above me...but it is considered a disease or a syndrome. If you find a site that says otherwise I would appreciate you letting me..or him know. It is really important that you go to your doctor and let your GP know what is happening. This is not a new cond... Premenstrual Syndrome ...check with you doc about Prozac. It is an FDA approved treatment for PMS. Turned my symptoms off like a light switch!! ...I get bad cramps too..I usually take Motrin or Tylenol. You can put a warm cloth or heating pad on your stomach. You can drink some tea or room temperature ginger ale. ...Sorry, but it's part of being a female.
