PMS help! ( females)? |
Hey, I have major pms problems, it is not so much the cramps that bother me or bloating or nausia it is how moody I am. I try to control it and it just seems impossible. I am snapping at people everywhere and I know that it is good that I realize that it is because of PMS but seriosly this needs to stop. I know that there are mediications like midol nd advil that can help but I want a way to just breath relax nd control it but I cant seem to figure out how! I know that I should talk to my parents or something but we are NOT at all really close we always butt heads nd yell at eachother nd stuff even not during pms but it is MUCH worse during pms nd now we are not even talking I was so mean to them. So please please please help me figure out what to do! auuugh nd hurry cuz I dont think I can take being a ***** much longer! MUCHOS gracias! Since you did mention breathing exercises, why not try just lying down and inhaling and exhaling slowly. Just try to focus on your breathing and shut out any other thoughts, and hopefully you'll feel more relaxed. You can probably feel the mood swing coming on, so when you do, go by yourself and get into something that you need to solely concentrate on...it will pass...and save a lot of future apologies. First off you do need to talk to your parents and explain to them how you are feeling. This could be PMS or somthing all together make sure u are really nice to ur family when u do NOT have PMS. then the rest of the time just tell them its that time of the month and just to ignore u. at least that will give u a bit of time to figure things out how to control it. my daughter gets it bad. plus her teenage hormones. she can be a real cow sometimes. Well, yes, there are over the counter meds that can help My preference was Premesyn (back in the dark ages when this grandma had such things as monthly cycles :) ). It had a mild diruetic in it to help with the bloating. I take it you are fairly young because of the refernce to your parents. Part of your problem may be just hormones associated with teenage years. |
