PMS-ing.....?


this might sounds kinda silly...I'm a male, 13 years old, and i'm 5". For some reason, I've been sorta gettin pretty stressed out, and gettin kinda cranky. It mostly happens in the evenings. I told my friend about it, annd he said that he thinks i'm pms-ing...lol. idk if he was joking tho.. now i kno that wen girls get their periods, they pms and get moody (or sumtimes, idk, not trying 2 b rude lol). adn obviously i kno that guys dont hav periods, but can guys pms too? cuz well idk much about puberty and stuff, but i've been hitting it slowly..

my voice hasn't really dropped yet either... Well it would b great if yu can help me out... thanx :)

guys would call it hormones i'm guessing. xD
but yeah, or it could be stress. at the same age you hit puberty life is very stressfull, too.

I don't think its PMS since thats a female thing, but you are at the age for puberty so you hormones are going kinda crazy. My son went through it too right before he really started going through changes.

As long as your aware of it and try not to take out on others just try to ride it through.

STRESS: See stress treatments, at *ezy-build, below on page 42. Practise daily, one of the relaxation techniques on pages 2, 11, 2c, or 2i; whichever works best for you, but the mindfulness breathing for 15 - 20 mns is ideal, although the progressive muscle relaxation can be learned quickly, and takes only several minutes, if pressed for time. "pms-ing" is just a term used if your being a *****, whether your a guy or a girl.

Premenstrual syndrome (PMS) is a group of physical, emotional and behavioral symptoms that commonly occur in the two weeks prior to menstruation.
