PMS, age 45 stories please? |
This may seem silly but I just wanted to here some examples of pms experiences. I am 45 and the older I get the worse pms affects me. Mostly depression issues and stress.. It starts a week before my menstral into the week after.. thats 17 to 21 days of misery. During this time I do or say things that turn my life upside down. This week I have convinced myself I am crazy and everything that is wrong in this world is my fault..I almost quit my job this time. I know when I go back on tuesday I have done damage there and made enemies now all because of my pms . I have been crying for 2 days.. This is nuts and scarey..... I also have panic attacks at this time. You have a hormone imbalance, you're not crazy. It can be easily corrected with proper natural hormones Well, I'v not gone quite that far, but, yes, it does get bad. Little things that used to not bother me really piss me off now. And I can think it and know it, but I still FEEL that way. I would say with as bad as yours sounds, maybe you should talk to your doc and he may be able to give you something to help calm you down. Good luck to you. U are going thru that pre menopause thing, It sounds like you may have hit menopause. These sound like the early signs and symptoms. Clarification: pre-menopausal (sp?). About a year or two before menopause this is what happens. sounds like you have issues that PMS only magnifies Well I am 44 and I have been taking sarafem another name for prozac, and it helps with PMS and I feel like my old self before PMS, you might want to take with your Doctor or GYNO. I'm sorry to hear about your aches. I really am. I would go to the doctor and explain what's happening. Maybe he'll be able to give you some anti-depressents. Something to help calm you down. I'm sure if you talk to your co-workers, they will understand your pain as well. I would also try taking a psychology class, it'll help clear some bad energy that you're feeling. I don't mean to sound nuts, but life is life, right? I would seriously go to your doctor and get some help, there's no reason for you to be feeling so miserable before your cycle starts. Please will you let me know what happens. I'd love to know I helped in some way. Take care of yourself and take a deep breath and let it out slowly. meditate on positive things -get more rest than you think you need -relax -take a woman supplement-herbal, and if all fail -girl smoke some high grade Jamaican weed. |
