PMS problems?

what are the signs of PMS, and im 12 and im going to turn 13 in a couple of months... can you get PMS before your first priod? because lately i've been drousy, cold and a little bit crampy....also how long does PMS last?

as far as how long it lasts, its different for everyone, but you get cramping, irritability and sometimes depression.
You could be getting ready to start but you may also be sick. give it a few days and if noting improves, talk to your mother or someone and get in to see a doctor.

pms comes before 10 days of the period each month..it depends on each person ... i usual feel dizzy with nasea . and hv a lot of deppression and bad temper
