PMS or a bug? |
I've always had pretty bad PMS, both physically and emotionally. I spent the morning crying at the tv so I know I'm PMS'ing (I'm in college and I don't do much in the summer, ha). However, I'm feeling extra crappy today...I can't stay out of the bathroom, I'm running a slight fever, and I just don't feel like eating much. I choked down a coffee and a granola bar this morning (I know, it's bad for me) and I haven't been able to make myself eat anything else. Is this just extra horrible PMS or am I getting a bug on top of it? It sounds like a bug- and the PMS can't be helping. Try sipping ginger ale or ginger tea to settle your stomach. And if you don't feel better, get a friend to take you to the doctor. sounds like PMS, a bad diet and low blood sugar. Symptoms: are: Fatigue, insomnia, mental confusion, anxiety, nervousness, mood swings, faintness, headaches, depression, phobias, heart palpitations, a craving for sweets, cold hands and feet, forgetfulness, dizziness, blurred vision, inner trembling, outbursts of temper, sudden hunger, allergies, and crying spells. Yeah it is pms. If it doesn't get better soon, take a pregnancy test. :) |
