PMS.....I can't stop crying and I am so crabby never had pms this bad. How do you deal with it? |
I have my cases of PMS but this month is kicking me down. I have cried for 3 days straight at the littlest things. I am so snappy and I feel very depressed. Normally just crampy but no cramps this time just hormonal mood swings. How do you deal with pms? could this be something else? Gosh I feel silly for even asking. I am 30 yrs old and trying to have a baby. Have always had bad periods but not been this hormonal my husband actually called me something he agreed he would never say to me. As far as that you can guess the famous word for grumpy women.......lol. I feel your pain! I find that as I'm getting older and since I just had 2 babies back to back my PMS is so bad that my husband is afraid to talk to me. My doctor told me that the birth contol pill "Yaz" helps with PMS symptoms. I actually had to take anti depressants at one point to help me with it because it got so bad. I hope you can find the help you need, its rough and alot of us women can vouch for that! Try to get alot of sleep and drink alot of fluids, avoid caffeine (which can be tough if your like me) I find it helps me. Best of luck to you! you might have PMDD. if you're young (and not had too many periods) then you might find some over-the-counter medicines to help, but if you're older and this is new then you definitely need to see a doctor. |
