PMS question??? |
Does anyone just feel like a complete idiot when she's having PMS? I usually feel like I can't do anything right. Like at work, I've been here for 2 years but when PMS rolls around I feel like it is my first day. I feel like something takes over me and I'm a different person. Any suggestions? Realize that this is how your body tells you your period is coming, and psych yourself up for it.Know that you need to prepare especially well at work for this time. Being prepared for whatever may come up is a great work habit to have, anyway & will help you in many areas of your life. |
