That's tough. If it's for yourself, no - but know that you'll be losing IQ points each week that you don't follow it. If you're a parent and you're asking about keeping your child on it....well, if you don't continue the diet, the child will grow progressively more mentally impaired, and I'm sure someone could easily consider that child abuse.
