This diet consists of strict amounts of fruits, vegetables, bread, pasta, and cereals. It also can include a phenylalanine-free medical formula. She would not be permitted to have milk, dairy products, meat, fish, chicken, eggs, beans, and nuts. In other words, she can't have any high protein foods.
