PID isssue...please help!!!? |
Long story short, I'm married, I had recent PID due to my very own bacteria. After meds, I'm fine. I'm 27 and trying to concieve. Now that I havn't been able to for 5 months, I'm wondering if A) The PID I just had scared me for life, and B) Maybe I had one before a while back and never knew until now. I have had all the other hormone tests and I'm fine. Including PCOS, and I'm fine. I have NO lingering STD's other than that. If I am scarred for life, would I need to directly go to IVF to get pregnant? What kind of ultrasound do I ask for and can I get it from my regular gyno? Please give me suggestions, this is making me sooo depressed and angry that I may have ruined myself unknowingly...help! The ultrasound I was refering to is a Fallopian ultrasoun! Most HEALTHY women take up to 12 months to concieve, so 5 months is not even halfway through that 'threshold'. |
