PID and reasons why?

So I contracted PID last year. After sleeping with my first fella.

Anyway, I'd had some issues before like pain in my abdomen. Well before he came.

Anyway, when they told me, I made them do checks for STDs and asked them several times if it was STD related. They said it was simply some bacteria. Anyway, do you think it came from him? or was it just one of those things?

When I was 14 ( haden't even thought about sex yet), My mother put me on the depo shot. I bleed uncontrollabley! 2 months after ,still can't stop and had doubling over pain, go to E.R. They tell me I have P.I.D. WHAT!!?? The doc. said it was strictly bacterial! It had to be, was not sexually active. So, YES it is posssible to have it bacterially and not an s.t.d. but do all follow up treatment!!!! You know one of side affects is infertillity. They told me I prob. wouldn't have children, she's 6 now. Do all the treatments!

In your body you have many different bacteria... when you start sticking this up there bacteria is bound to form in the vagina... which is natural... PID can be caused by STD in the past or it can be caused by Bacteria Vaginosis and lots of other things. Please do not worry about the STD part. If you got the tests back and they are negative no need to blame anything on your boyfriend.
