Is it really possible to get PID this way?

My ex friend told me she got PID. This I believe. How she got it is the question.
I think she was cheating on her ex (he was gone from the house from five in the morning til 4 in the afternoon. She was unemployed. That gives her ample time), got chlamydia, didn't realize it and then got PID.

She claims that since her boyfriend was working construction that he was "dirty" and "pushed dirt inside of her" while they were having sex.

She did slip up and tell me she "had chlamydia" but that she had got it because "PID turns into chlamydia." Yeah, OK. Anyone who paid attention in health class knows chlamydia causes PID and not the other way around. She thinks because her mom is a nurse that she knows more about STDs than other people. So we all pretty much know how she really got PID.

But just for giggles, is her version really that likely?

He had no STDs. He was a virgin in every way until he met her. Like I said and hinted over 9,000 times, she cheated on him while he was a work.

Unless he works commando his penis should not have be that dirty, maybe a sweatier than normal.

AND HELL TO THE NO SHE DIDN'T CONTRACT IT FROM DIRT... maybe she wish she did, and yes you're correct Chlamydia untreated does become PID. Also, before that happens chancre shores form on the genital area. They're open blisters that are both painful and highly communicable

Her boyfriend pushed dirt inside of her? I think he was dirty but not that kind of dirty. More like he wasn't STD clean sort of dirty.

Update: Then I don't understand what you're confused about sweetie. If she had sex with someone else, then yes, she could have contracted chlamydia from him. It's also possible her boyfriend was lying and said he was a virgin but really wasn't. And yes... you already know that PID is caused by untreated STDs not the other way around. So what is your question?!? I know that girl is an EX-friend of yours. But that's not a reason to poke fun at her health problems especially something that has humiliated her just for "giggles." That is a terrible thing for you to do. And I hope that someday when someone treats you the same way -- you remember what you did to your ex-friend and it stops you from behaving that way in the future. You really should be ashamed of what you're doing. Enemy or not -- it's not any of your business to discuss her personal life.
