16 years old with PID..I have questions.. I'm scared? |
I'm 16 years old, and recently I was told that I have PID, i was put on Doxycycline 100mg, twice a day, and also had an injection of Rocephin.. I'm really scared I have really heavy bleeding right now, I had bad abdominal pain, but its mostly gone.. and I don't have any burning or itching, and I never did and I just want to know if the Doxycycline is going to really help me or not? I've been on it for 5 days now I'm just really scared about everything and I want to know how long does PID ususally take to clear up, and is the really heavy bleeding normal? I wasn't well informed about this at all.. I'm just freaking out..any information would really help! I'm sorry you have this sexually transmitted disease. I think u need 2 talk to a doctor! |
