Can women has PID without contact STD?

It was possible. I was negative for Chlamydia and GC. On my result note it said "possible PID" so I already got treatment for an infection.

Well, PID stands for Pelvic inflammatory disease. It could be caused from a lot of things. Usually it's from a STD sexually transmitted disease that wasn't treated in the early stages so it progressed to PID.
