Could I Have PID?

I have been with my boyfriend for up to three yrs he was my first and only i think i might have PID but we having be having sex for about a year unprotected. I have the exact symptoms of it. i know i was dumb but i mean we are still together and i am going to the clinic tomorrow to be tested but i just hope that im not to late to have children because i mean i probably had it for a year and never paid attention to it until now i thought it was little things girls go through can someone help me out. NO RUDE COMMENTS.....................
