Can PID be spread to males? and what are the symptoms and problems guys can get?

Men wouldn't get PID, but they would probably get whatever bacteria is causing the PID.

Most PID is caused by an untreated STD, like gonorrhea or chlamydia. Its important that your partner be tested and treated for whatever it was that you had that caused your PID.

Left untreated in men, they can cause infections in the prostate and an infection called epididymitis. Both can cause long term problems for the man.

PID is pelvic inflammatory disease. Unless a guy is a girl with all the plumbing, he can't get it.

Right Melissa. But having sex with a girl with PID can make you get an STD, most probably chlamydia (but its name would not be PID because that stands for PELVIC INFLAMMATORY DISEASE). Men who get it can have penis discharge and pain on urination.
