Need to no the food you can eat befor a pet scan can be done. we have lung cancer?

i have lung cancer and need to no what i can eat the day befor the test

As with all test you just need to quit eating for 8-12 hours before the test. As a standard it is usually nothing to eat or drink after midnight. It does not really matter what you eat the day before. I prefer to eat light and drink lots of water so my colon won't be blocked up. I have had many a pet scan..breast cancer.
