Could I have a Hodgkins relape only after 10 days from finishing taking oral chemo after 6 moths of chemothrpy


After Finishig 6 months of chemotherapy treatment and having CT and PET scans saying im 100% from hodgkings desease , after this in only 10 days i find a pump in my neck and i take ct and pet scans and they find small lymph nodes in my neck and under my arm and in my abdomen . they are all tiny the largest is 1.7cm , could this be a hodgkings relape only after 10 days from stoppping medication ?

Yes, anything is possible when you are speaking of cancer. There are no "rules" that the disease follows.

I will pray for you to get well. (My own mother died 7 years ago from Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma.)

Yes it could be Hodgkin's relapse, sorry to say that. I have had that experience a few times in my clinical practice. PET scan is fairly sensitive at picking up relapse in Hodgkin's and 1.7cm node is certainly very suspicious.
