What is the best brain scan to scan brain function?

PET scan or fmri or other scans?

i would prefer an fmri because i have an aversion against radioactive substances being injected in me (PET). haha.

this would depend on what your doctor is looking for, so trust him/her to decide.

i think it's up to your doctor...it really depends what you think you might be looking for...i've had an MRI done i think thats one of the most basic scans to make sure everythings ok
