I breathed in ozone from an ozone air purifier and I am experiencing trouble breathing and tightness.? |
Has this happened to anyone else? I felt weird when I smelled it up close in my car (bent down and accidentally was right by where it emits ozone, I have a small car purifier). I didn't feel quite right afterwards, but it wasn't as severe as what you are saying. There were issues within the past year that said that people with asthma could actually experience worsening of symptoms with an ozone purifier. Do you have asthma? Let me see if I can find the article. it did make my nose dry inside and left a funny taste in my mouth so i returned the darn thing. yes this happen to me from time to time.i went to doctor i have asthma You ought to ask your doctor about this. The usual time of usage (depending on the size of your living quarters) is 2 hours daily. That is a typical reaction to ozone. It's mostly a short term thing but repeated exposure will be hazardous.
