Ozone therapy, hydrotherapy, what do u think?

a doctor advised me 2 try them for depression, since i hate pills! and i am too lazy (cos of depression, not normally) for exercise.
what do u think? anyone with experience or knowledge about that?

Laziness is a choice, not something you did out of necessity.

Here is my tuff love speech to you:

Get off your duff and exercise rather than spend the money on something that cancer patients need because its life and death.

Eat right, exercise, no smoking, no excess alcohol, and move it, move it, move it!

It's FREE, so just do it!

If you do resort to pills, imagine what its like when the side affects don't let you get out of bed.
