Why do heat and haze have to do with ozone?

The ozone molecule, a trio of oxygen atoms, can protect us from harmful ultraviolet rays. But it can also cause health problems and make us seriously ill. It all depends on where the ozone is鈥攁nd how it got there Haze is where dust, smoke and other pollutant particles obscure the normal clarity of the sky. When ozone and haze mingle with other it creates photochemical smog. Rising temperatures could spur more clouds to form in our atmosphere. That would mean less sunlight鈥攁nd less smog ozone.
This is just one of the many connections between the three.
