Please let me know whether or not it is true that using saving creams caused to ozone layer damage?

at one point in time, it was pretty much anything that was in a can that 'sprayed' had damaging effects for the ozone layer (not as much as what some claimed, but the companies still changed the gas used for discharge purposes to make people happy). The biggest damaging factor to the ozone layer today, that I know of, is the use of fossil fuels for use in automobiles, and electricity, and yes, even those manufacturers are working to help reduce the amount of damage that their products produce to try and help the enviroment.

Read the label of content on your saving cream container.

Ozone layer is damaged by R12 Freon, R22 freon..............

Aerosol containers had this to propel various items out of the containers. Air conditions in automobiles were also using this product in there compressors.

For years USA has forbidden its use and R12 is replaced by R13A Freon in automobile air conditioning.

R22 is used in household refrigerator and will be phase out I believe in 2020. Most new refrigerator use other product now a days.

Other containers, such as hair spray.......... are using propane now a days.

But USA is the the first country to take the action, and there is lots of R12 still in use in the products made elsewhere.
