Overweight!!!?


i am about 25 pounds overweight and i need to lose the weight fast and i dont want it to mess my body up how do i lose 25 pounds really fast without getting hurt but i need to lose it like amonth and a half or less. please help.

Definitely don't eat 500 calories! Trust me, I've had problems with under-eating and it made me feel dizzy and I've fainted a couple of times. It's really scary, don't try it.

There is no way to lose 25 lbs in a month and a half, but you can lose ~5-6 lbs which would be very good. I'd suggest checking your BMR (basal metabolic rate- there are some good calculators online). It tells you how many calories your body needs each day minus exercise. Make sure to have a varied diet (protein like meats and nuts, carbs- fruits and natural fruit juices are great sources, a bit of fats- omega 3 is good and fiber like whole wheat bread, cereal and oatmeal).

You don't need to exercise like crazy but take time every few days to take a walk, stretch, lift weights if you have some at home, etc. The little changes make the biggest difference really!

eat alot lesss and work out more, eat 500 calories less, and double or even triple the amount of time u spend working out, and make sure the food u eat is good for you, and u cant cheat what so ever or u wont lose the weight

Honestly the only way you will be able to do 25 lbs in a month is a crash diet which are bad for u! because healthy would be about 4-6 lbs in a month. if your looking for a fast diet i would look up the grape fruit diet or another fast track one.

eat your veggies
don't eat big meals but eat small ones frequently
exercise - but don't stress out over it and (please) don't overexercise
stop stressing
walk frequently
don't eat when you're bored.

drink lottssss of water. cuz that gets you to burn more stuff quicker. in the morning, before you eat anything, drink a glass of cold water. and ease up on dinner. drink at least 8 cups a day.

You should consider doing a circuit exercise routine and stick to a proven diet plan. A plan that has a track record of success. Circuit exersice routines are fast and efficient.
