what can i do? can some on give me a dite plan and some exciseses?

Kevin, I know how you feel. I was overweight my whole young life until I turned 18, and got fed up about being overweight. First of all, you have to decide with yourself that you are good enough to lose weight, and that you will accomplish anything you strive for. Some easy tips are: 1.) Stop drinking soda/juice (try to only drink only water). 2.) Become more active in your life (even little things like taking the stairs at the mall instead of the escalator can help). 3.) Don't eat at least 3 hours before you go to bed (your body will not burn off the calories you consume if you eat right before you go to bed). 4.) Try to eat more fruits and vegetables (they are usually lower in calories than other snacks, and will give you more energy to stay active while you are working out). It's an up-hill battle, but keep a positive attitude and stick with it even though you may not see results right away.

Are there any sports teams at your school that you might be interested in? Try joining one of those and you'll get to have fun, exercise, and meet new people.

wow. your really tall for your age. I'd say to stop drinking soda and cut back on some of your sugar like little debbie's and candy and such. then you should try walking about an hour a day or do a dance class or you can also join a sports team. Just watch what you eat and how many calories you intake and you can try eating half the amount of calories your eating right now. that should help you lose some weight.

Eat less sugar. You find sugar in just about all fast food, soda, candy, etc. Cut that out, drink more water, and try to be a little more active.

I know it's hard to workout outside of the house if you have low self confidence, so you might want to ask your parents to buy you a treadmill, stair machine, or elliptical, something like that that you can use in your house. Good luck, remember that things really can change!

Get Rid of Soda and crap food (yes that means zebra cakes and doritos). And join and join a team at school. I did drill team for a year and not only lost weight but became a healthier, stronger, flexible, happy person. You can do it!!

dude i know exactly how you feel last summer i was 11 at the time (now im 12) i was 5'6'' and i weighed 190 and i was like damn it im done and that summer i ran/walked a mile everyday lifted weights for 30 minutes everyday drank alot of water and cut out all snacks all i ate was breakfast lunch and dinner my diet was high protein low calorie with lots of fruits and veggies by the end of that summer when i went back to school i was 5'8'' 155 pounds (im currently 150 pounds) i went from a size 38/40 waist to a 32 waist so do what i did try a sport i personaly love basketball play with your friends and watch what you eat and never give up no matter how hard it gets
