Overweight?!?


Ok, I'm over weight. I hold my weight so good that people guess that I'm 50m pounds lighter then what I actually am, lol. Now I really need to lose weight...I've tried diet and exercise, and I've gained more weight!! So I need to know the most effective exercise for waist down, the best diet plan, and the safest and effective diet product and I need to know from someone who has used it before. As for the product, I need opinion, and not just tablets...fruits that help you lose weight. Everything!! I need to lose

Best diet plan: Well-balanced diet that is calorie restricted. Whole grains, fruit, vegetables, low-fat dairy, and lean meat. Keep your intake between 1200 and 1500 calories per day (if you end up running daily, then you need to eat more, but you can tweak the numbers later).
