How do I stop overactive bladder when sleeping? |
Hello, Stop drinking fluids 4 hours before you go to bed, then just before you go to sleep make sure you urinate. pee before you sleep and drink a little less during the late evening hours I think its the water. Talk to your doctor the only advice i can offer is to make sure you drink your gallon of water before, say 5pm. try and spread your intake across the day and also, just as an aside, the water we're recommended to have daily includes water held in food (the only real example i can think is like a juicy melon or pear...!) but you may want to consider that too... Make sure the water you drink is taken in BEFORE 6 PM don't drink after that .. I wouldn't really try to stop it. When you gotta go, you need to go. I would say that gallon of water a day is the reason. |
