I have overactive bladder. i need help, i need to know what can i do ???

i have 7 kids and only 31 y old. i can't seem to control it when i laugh, cough, sneeze or yell. i tried kegal exscersie but no meds yet. it's a embrassement at times. what can i do to prevent myself from letting it out.AND I NOT READY TO WEAR ANY DEPENDS!

There are several things that can cause this problem. If you had an Episiotomy when giving child birth, this creates an interference field due to the scar and can reflex to the adrenal glands and the bladder, as well as the ovaries. This causes these organs to have very weak energy. Another issue is your teeth. Certain of your teeth are directly connected to your bladder and if an infection exists in those teeth, this will cause the problem. The teeth can create the problem if a trauma occurred as well. As long as any one of these conditions exist, you will not be able to solve the problem until the interference fields are addressed and fixed. The adrenal glands are very important in many functions in the body. For example, if you have weak adrenals, the body will not be able to hold water in the intestines well and you could experience a lot of constipation. You would also exhibit a lot of being tired.

There are many nutrients I could suggest, but it is important to sort out the "root cause" of the problem first and not just try to treat the symptom. Treating the symptom is what doctors typically do and it creates a dependence upon drugs. When you solve the root cause, you are done with the issue and not have to deal with it anymore. The best advice is to go to a Certified Nutritional Therapist to get tested for specific deficiencies and to be QRA tested to determine what glands are exhibiting low energy and the address that issue. If you have any amalgam fillings, root canals, cavitations (NICO), crowns, etc., you need to consider fixing those issues because they can definitely be a causative factor. The QRA test can determine if they are creating the problem.

good luck to you.

You need to see a doctor.

I would talk to your doc if its starting to become bothersome.. Maybe try the meds they have.. Until then wear a lightday pad to keep you protected.

Okay, don't give up on Kegels, it takes a while to see the benefits. KEEP DOING KEGELS!!! On top of that, to prevent accidents, when you need to sneeze or cough, cross your legs like you use to do when your were a kid when you had to "go real bad". That will brace yourself and add support so that when you sneeze or cough you won't have incontinence.

7 kids? Holy moly, no wonder you have an overactive bladder. Dont worry, my sister and my aunt both have that and I know that my sis takes Detrol. Go to the doctor and see what s/he recommends.

consult with your doctor

theres a drug out called detrol la its supposed to calm down an overactive bladder,im ust the opposite,i have a shy bladder,i cant pee if im in a stressed situation.,or if im asked for a urine sample.i just lock up.

Dr sounds like your best option

There are a number of solutions. "Poise" pantyliners are specifically designed for women who have a weak bladder after childbirth. Not quite like wearing "depends".

Alternatively, you'll have to seek a doctor, and this will likely result in surgery. My mother had a similar problem until surgery fixed it up.
