It seems I might have an overactive bladder....?

I'll find out in two months for sure. I went to see a urogynecologist yesterday. And she suspects this is what I have.Has anyone here been dianosed with this and if so was it fixable with medication and if so what kind of medication and how long did it take for the medication to work? All answers would be appreciated as I have to suffer through this another 2 months and would like to know of there is a cure. I know I could have asked the doctor but she said. let's be sure of the diagnoses first. All she said for now was to cut out my caffeine and to do kegel exercises.

Cutting out caffeine (coffee, tea, energy drinks) and to do kegel exercises or pelvic floor exercises is great advice! Try and also stay away for alcohol as this is also a diuretic.

There are quite a few foods which are also diuretic garlic, Celery, Melon, Cucumber, Carrot, Lettuce, Watercress, Peach, Nectarine. There are more on the website below, it has a list of plants so don't worry about the ones you've never heard of, some of them are unedable anyway. I am sure unless you eat these things in great quantity it not the food that causes the problem.
