Anyone take any natural herbs for overactive bladder?

Anyone take any natural herbs for overactive bladder?

There's only one product I've ever seen for that. It's a Phytoestrogen complex from Pumpkin Seed and Soy Germ extracts that help especially for mature adults that have problems with bladder control. The write up points out that it has been "clinically proven safe and effective". It's at http://www.swansonvitamins.com/webapp/wc...

I actually had some pretty good luck with himalayan goji juice, I think it is the antiinflammatory properties that help calm down the bladder. OAB is so hard to adequately treat, even with traditional medication, the goji juice may be worth a try. that stuff is so $uper expen$$ive though, thats my main complaint

Ther is a product that i recommend called cinnamon and poria. It will help. www.radiantwonder.com, it is affordable. It's got other uses also. Good for the skin.
